We’re passionate about working in partnership to bring forward projects that benefit local communities. Whilst always maximising value for landowners, our holistic approach means we care deeply about benefits to the wider community too.

Working alongside our landowning partners by way of Promotion Agreements, we fully fund and manage the promotion, planning and eventual sale process of each site from start to finish.

Once a site has received planning permission, we bring it to market before agreeing a sale to a housebuilder. We have over 80 years’ experience in planning and development and we’re proud to go beyond normal levels of community engagement to keep stakeholders and local people informed and involved every step of the way.

As an independently funded company, our team has a successful track record of delivering ‘oven ready’ residential sites up and down the country. Our aim is to help provide the housing our country needs, through the planning process, and in the most efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Our Story

Highgrove Strategic Land is a specialist strategic land promotion company.

We work in an integrated way within the wider Highgrove Group. Highgrove Group makes long term investments in private companies. We have a broad portfolio and have made investments in the Construction, Housebuilding, Strategic Land, Logistics, Industrial, and Retail Property Sectors, in the United Kingdom. The group has been in existence for over 35 years and has an annual turnover of c.£170 million pounds. We have specialist teams in land acquisition, planning, design, technical and land sales. Our holistic approach, with the backing of a multi-functional team with many decades experience, ensures we always understand that no two sites are ever the same.

The challenges around bringing a site forward are often complex and unique. But by working hand in hand with landowners and our expert consultant teams we aim to maximise the benefits of each and every scheme. We operate on a no win, no fee basis and have the independent financial resources to fund projects directly without using debt financing or outside third parties.
